Shipping & Delivery

All Ready to Ship items will be in the mail to you in 1-3 business days. Unless they require sizing 1-2 weeks. Quick Ship Collections 4-5 weeks. All Custom Orders will take 7-9 weeks, the current production time. You will receive an email with tracking, when your package has been shipped. All packages are mailed USPS & insured with tracking, and require a signature.

Returns & Replacements

I want you to be happy with your purchase! All custom orders are final sales. That being said I stand by the quality of my work, if it is a mistake on my part I will gladly fix it free of charge. Being as most of my jewelry is made to order, it is not possible to take returns since the pieces are customized for you.

Quick Ship Mossanite Collection and the Ready to Ship Collection we offer our 7 day return policy, jewelry must be in unworn condition, in the original packaging and receive approval via email from us to accept the return. For these collections you may receive a full refund or exchange for another item of equal value in our store.

With Ring sizing it is $50 for silver and $100 for Gold, please go to a local jewelry store for sizing and note your size in thin bands and the wide sizers as well, to help with accuracy.

Ordering Custom Pieces

Custom orders are available and welcomed! Anything from having a certain stone set in a piece you see on the site, or your own wording, to having your one of a kind engagement ring or wedding bands made. If you have special piece you would like designed please contact me with the details to receive a quote. All custom orders require 6-8 weeks creating time. Please note rush orders are possible but will incur rush fees.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payments are taken through my store. Pricing is subject to change due to the daily fluctuation of the gold/silver market price. Promotions will be offered periodically so check back often to see our sales and promotions!

Handmade Jewelry

Due to the handmade nature of the jewelry, your piece may vary slightly from the image shown.

Warranty

All Melissa Tyson Designs jewelry is under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase for any workmanship issues that may arise. After the 1 year warranty has expired and your jewelry needs repair there is a fee involved. Please note if you have a different jeweler do sizing it will void the warranty.

Maintenance

Your jewelry has been created to last forever, heirloom quality to be passed down for generations to come. Please take care not to wear your jewelry doing strenuous activity that could damage the gold or gemstones. Do not wear your jewelry in pools or hot tubs as the chemicals can alter the structure of the gold.

Insurance

Contact your personal or homeowners insurance agent to get a valuables policy to insure your jewelry.
