Timing
Each piece is custom made to order. Production time is 8 weeks. We do offer a Rush Service that will essentially bump you to the front of the line up if you need it sooner!

Shipping

Once your ring has been completed you will receive an email with images and video. Then your order is packed in our light gray soft suede boxes ready for proposing or gift giving.  All jewelry will be shipped overnight, fully insured and require signature upon delivery (8weeks after your order is placed)

Warranty & Returns
All of our Ready to Ship Jewelry can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of receiving, as long as it’s unworn and returning in original packaging. If your Ring is made to order, all sales are final. We create with our whole heart for your jewelry to bring you joy for years to come. Our warranty is good for 1 year from purchase for any workmanship issues that may arise. We recommend having your jewelry added to your valuables policy upon receiving!
